Long Beach Surf School in Salinas has been teaching people to surf for over 15 years on the beautiful Asturian coast. Located on Playa de Salinas, a 2.5km stretch of fine sand that hosts the Vans Salinas Longboard Festival, the camp offers surf packages from 2-6 nights with half-board meals and 4 hours of daily instruction. Choose between the cozy Cactus Bed & Breakfast with 13 private rooms or the independent Surf House chalet for groups.
What started as a local surf school has grown into one of Asturias' most established surf camps. Long Beach runs multiple programs throughout the year, from adult camps to youth sessions, with certified instructors who know every peak along Salinas beach. The daily schedule balances structured learning with free time: morning and afternoon sessions in the water, healthy meals, and evenings to explore the town or relax in the lounge watching surf videos.
