Dreamsea Gran Canaria is a boutique surf hotel set in a renovated 1902 traditional Canarian house in Moya, on the island's northern coast. The property combines historical charm with modern comfort, offering suite, friends, and family rooms alongside daily surf lessons, yoga classes, and access to some of Gran Canaria's best waves. With an on-site restaurant, pool, and terraces overlooking the Atlantic, it provides a year-round base for surfers of all levels.
Located in Moya on the northern coast of Gran Canaria, Dreamsea operates from a carefully restored traditional house dating back to 1902. The renovation in 2024 preserved the property's historical character while adding modern amenities including air conditioning, pool, and a restaurant. Surf lessons take place at Playa de La Cicer and Playa de La Laja, both about 10 minutes by car, where beach breaks offer consistent waves suitable for beginners through intermediates. The 8:1 student-to-instructor ratio and 2-hour lesson format covers safety, beach awareness, paddling technique, and wave selection. Free soft-top boards are available after lessons, while more experienced surfers can rent Pristine Surfboards including single fins, twin fins, and longboards. The on-site restaurant Nativo Las Palmas serves farm-to-table cuisine with vegetarian and vegan options, open daily from 9am to 11pm.
