Tereza and Pedro have been running this operation since the late '90s, back when Sagres was still a secret. The town's grown up around surfing since then, but the school has kept its original spirit—affordable packages, quality instruction, and a hostel that feels more like a home base than a hotel. Week-long camps start Sundays at €490 and run every week of the year. The instructors carry ASI certification, the international standard that actually means something. Beyond lessons, there's board rental and a proper surf shop stocking everything you might need. Sagres sits at Portugal's southwestern tip where Atlantic swells wrap around the cape, meaning there's almost always a wave working somewhere nearby.
