Wavego Surf Camp

Wavego Surf Camp is situated at the very beginning of Imsouane village, offering guests an unobstructed view of the entire coastal area and surrounding mountains. The property combines traditional Moroccan design with modern surf camp amenities, creating a space where travelers can relax after sessions at The Bay, Africa's longest right-hand wave. The camp features a variety of outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and community. The 30m3 swimming pool with sunbeds provides a refreshing break between surf sessions. The yoga terrace faces the ocean, equipped with mats for morning and evening practice. As the sun sets, guests gather in the traditional Berber tent, the perfect meeting point for sharing stories and making new friends. For those who want to work on their surf skills out of the water, there's a dedicated skate ramp with boards available. Accommodation ranges from budget-friendly dorms to spacious family apartments. All rooms feature handcrafted woodwork with traditional Berber decorations. Each room name comes from a Berber word - Tawja (family), Agnar (room), Anzar (rain), Tadart (hosting house), and Tamount (together). Guests have access to a common kitchen and free wifi throughout the property. The surf program runs for 7 days and includes 5 surf lessons (2 hours each) with a maximum of 5 students per ISA-certified instructor. Lessons are complemented by surf theory workshops, video analysis sessions to review your technique, and 3 yoga classes to improve flexibility and balance. Equipment is provided including softops, epoxy boards, and wetsuits with board damage insurance included. A half-day excursion takes guests to discover local argan oil production and secret surf spots.
